If you have yet to find stationery that speaks to you, chances are your style doesn’t exist in typical form or fashion. Your invitation suite is where you can truly let guests into your story and in the process, create a tangible keepsake you’ll treasure for a lifetime.
Stationery is timeless storytelling with paper rather than on paper.
A story nonetheless — so we figured it’s time we share ours.
But when I designed something with beautiful typography pressed on thick, cotton paper I could run across my fingers, it brought me to what I can only describe as a peaceful place worth going back to.
Once I started designing invitations for a handful of friends and my own wedding as a DIY self-taught enthusiast, the requests to create more invitations began, and so did Paper by the Bay, right out of my apartment in San Francisco.

That was 2014 and a lot has changed since then...
Although we’ve relocated to Scottsdale, we’ve since worked with planners worldwide, been featured on the pages of Style Me Pretty, Martha Stewart Weddings, Magnolia Rouge, and been nominated as RSVP’s Favorite U.S. Stationer — all things I would’ve never imagined as a girl from the Midwest.
And while much has changed, my appreciation for beautiful typography pressed in thick, cotton paper, using an array of textures and materials, has always stayed the same.
I’m grateful for my team, the talented vendors and commissioned artists I work with, and my wonderful family (including my husband and our three girls). And with their support, it would be a joy to put your story on paper, pulling from inspiration that can only come from you.

Similar to Kelly, I've also got roots in the Midwest — Missouri to be exact. After graduating from Grand Canyon University in 2022 with my degree in English and Graphic Design, without a doubt, I knew the wedding industry was for me.
Now that we’re on the subject, you should probably know I’m a wedding planner, too!
Outside of working, you’ll usually find me with my ear on the ground, keeping up with pop culture and the latest celebrity gossip. I also enjoy reading (mostly romance and fantasy novels), going to concerts as often as I can, and checking out the latest box office hit in theaters!
